We are Ms. Wicklund's 4th grade class from Rosebud Elementary. We are excited to be part of the Green Mission project. We have studied and written some peoms about trees. We want to share our haiku poems with you.
old rotten fallen
forest animals love trees
home for all creatures
buzzing bee flowers
apple trees grow in orchards
apples make great food
olives black or green
roots grow into stems, branches
a symbol of peace
comes from an acorn
used in making furniture
squirrels eat acorns
cherries are juicy
they are round red and yellow
a plum relation
fig trees have green leaves
this tree is interesting
figs are small and sweet
