Hello Kamo Elementary from Cannelton

Hello Kamo Elementary,

Cannelton Elementary is on Christmas holiday. However, before we went to break my students wrote some messages for your students...here they are:

Stori wrote: I hope that your school year is going well. We want to send to you a song we are working on.

Allicyn wrote: we are singing a song for you about the New Year

Katlyn wrote: We love Kamo-Shika and Hogisu!

Taylor wrote: We hope that you are having a nice winter time. We have had some snow.

Devin wrote: Cannelton Elementary School says Happy New Year to Kamo Elementary!

Steven wrote: I am new to Cannelton. I like our travel buddy project!

Dylan wrote: Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hunter wrote: We each took turns taking Kamo-Shika and Hogisu to our homes. It was fun!

Skye wrote: I hope you have a nice winter time there. Many of our trees have lost their leaves now.

Caila wrote: It is fun to have Kamo-Shika and Hogisu here. They are ready for winter, we gave them a scarf and cap and blankets.

Breanna wrote: We made drawings of trees for you. How they change in the winter.

Garrett wrote: We had some snow already. Have you had snow? It is melted now, but we did have some.

Drake wrote: I like Kamo-Shika and Hogisu. They are nice and fun.

MaKayla wrote: We have a nice song to sing to you soon. We will send it to you.

Klint wrote: How do you celebrate the coming new year? We have parties, and wish each other a Happy New Year.

Michael wrote: what is your wish for the new year? We wish for peace.

We hope that you are having a nice winter. Thank you for your messages. We will be sending to you a song we are singing we have in one of our song books. It is a song you will hopefully know. We also like the song Sakura. We may try it also.

School resumes for us Jan. 5. Do you all get a vacation now?

I will send to you our tree drawings soon also. Listen, I do have the Moon tree drawings that my students made...would you like them?

Thanks again!
Joan Goble
