Do you like school better when you were young or school today?I really like how advanced school has gotten compared to when I went, because there is more information to learn and better ways of learning them now. So I like school now better than how school was when I went. Also, there were no backpacks, so we had to carry our books and hold them together with belts. That wasn¡Çt very comfortable or good for us, but we had to deal with it.3. What did your teachers do for punishment?If you did something really bad, the teacher would smack you with a ruler. Sometimes, if people had been chewing gum in class, the teacher would make them put the gum somewhere on their body (like their nose or ear), and keep it there for the rest of the day. Some children still tried to get away with chewing gum, but they most likely would get caught.
