I asked my Dad about how illnesses were treated when he was 11. I have decided to present my information by stating the illness and how it was treated.
Compared to when you were a child, how has medical treatments (medicines, remedies ECT.) changed?Doctors now have the technology to identify the illness and find out how it must be treated.What were you given when you were sick?Rest, penicillin, Vicks Vapor rub on nose and chest, aspirin, tea with lemon and honey, gargle with salt water, and REST & BED
Have medicines improved over the years?Greatly. As you can see, there was not very many ways to treat illnesses when my dad was young. Now in the future, we are very lucky to have our many medicines.
