What grades were in what schools?Grammer School had grades 1 through 8 and High School had grades 9 through 12. . No Middle School or Jr.High schools.What did they have to do?You had to be neat and clean. Hair properly trimmed and combo and no wild styles.
What did they have to do to get to school?We walked to school. Both Grammer and High School (of course we lived in town) and we went to the school neareast to us. No cross-town busing. What eales did they do?Cheerleading was only in high school.
Did they Have to buy lunch or bring it?We did not have hot lunches; only what our mother”Ēs packed for us. What did they have?We did not have computers, TV, cellphones or cordless phones.
What were there teachers likeAll teachers in Grammer school were woman and they were required to dress nicely. Dresses or blouses and skirts, no slacks. What did the kids wear?All children had to dress nicely Grils could wear only dresses or blousees and skirts and boys had to wear knickerers or pants when we got to in high school. No jeans, snakers, jewelry any thing like that.
