 Aim :

To encourage children to research the life of their parents and grandparents and understand that these people were once children and enjoyed playing with toys.

In this project kids take a closer look at Toys of the whole 20th century. 

For example  :
Children ask their parents and grandparents about the toys of the past.

  • What were they made of? 
  • Who made them? 
  • And how did they play with them? 

 


20th Century toys

Maybe the grandparents or parents still have pictures of them that could be shown on the pages. Another possibility is that older people describe the toys and the children draw them...
