To encourage students to look at
the technology we know about today and think carefully about what the
possibilities are of this technology
To think
of positive uses for the technology and also of the dangers of using
this technology
To make
predictions about the changes to our lifestyle this technology could
make.
As I see it, the descriptions
of various technologies could come from either adults or students but it would be better if the predictions all came from students younger than 18. (Their thinking may need to be guided by adults however.) It would be good to have many different predictions about each technology.
