Aim

  • To encourage the creativity of children

  • To publish the creative writing of students from around the world

  • To stimulate students to think about peace and how to bring peace to our world.

  • To allow students to see the thoughts of children in other countries.

There have been  lots of wars and struggles in the world in the 20th century.
The UN declared 2000 as the International Year for a Culture of Peace.
I would like to encourage children to think about peace.
Write poems or messages for the future (with drawings or photos).

The following topics might be a clue.

Poems and Peace Messages

1. "Goodbye ---, Hello ---" poem
2. What do you think is peace?
3. When do you feel peaceful?
4. What we can do to spread peace in the world

Any other ideas will be welcome.
