Online Page Creator Help

You may edit or delete any of your web pages at any time.

• Log into the Online Page Creator - to the Project Room containing the web page you wish to edit.

• Click on the [Page Creator] button in the Main Menu and you will enter the Page Creator Menu. Scroll down the page until you find text similar to that pictured below.

   

  

   

• This area of the Page Creator Menu has links to pages already in the Project Room directory. Find the link of the web page you wish to edit or delete and click on the title.

• You now enter the Correction/Deletion facility. Here you will see a preview of the web page you wish to edit or delete. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the text pictured below.

   

  

   

  Choose your option.

• If you made your page using Format 1, Format 2, or HTML format, you can re-enter the original format by clicking the [Correct] text link.

• If you wish to edit your page with HTML, click on [Correct in HTML]. Be warned, once you use HTML you can't re-enter Format 1 or 2 for this web page again.

• If you wish to delete your page, simply click on [Delete]. A window will pop up and ask you to confirm the deletion. Please take care with this facility and ensure you are deleting the correct web page.

 

Please remember to delete any unnecessary picture, sound and/or video files from monthly directories if they are no longer needed.
