After successfully logging in you will enter the  Online Page Creator Main Menu.

Locate the above text within the Main Menu and click on the button to go to  Online Post.

 

Using Online Post

The Online Post Function allows you to browse and find files on your own computer and upload them to "Earth In Motion". Upload your picture, sound and video files using this facility.

• Click on a "browse" button and a "File Upload" window will appear showing files on your own computer. If you can't see your files, select the file type as shown above.
  
• Locate the local directory where your picture, sound or video files are saved and select the file you wish to upload by clicking on it, then click on the "Open" button. The name of your file will appear in the white area next to the browse button, ready to be uploaded.
  
• If you have more than one file to upload, click on another browse button and repeat the above procedure.
  
• When you have selected all your files for upload, click on the "Send" button.

 

Files Stored in the "Earth In Motion" Server

The Online Post Menu also has an area where you can view files already stored in the Project you are contributing to. Once you have uploaded your files, they will show here.

Please remember it is important to use your country code prefix (as provided to you by TORIGOE Genshi or your Project Leader). Otherwise there would be a risk of overwriting someone elses file if your file has the same name.

Here you can delete any files you no longer need or uploaded in error. To delete, "check" the box next to the file you wish to delete and click the "Start Deletion" button. Please take care when using this facility.

Here you can also view the images you've uploaded. Just click on the filename and the picture will open in a new window.

When you're finished, click on the "Quit Online Post" button at the bottom of the page. You will return to the  Online Page Creator Main Menu.
