World Environment Day
This week is World Environment week. We
need to remember to look after our earth
and the things that are on it.
Please don't cut down trees.
Be kind to the plants so they can grow.
Don't hurt or kill animals for fun.
Don't set traps for animals or tease
them.
The Grade 1s, 2s and 3s went on an outing
to meet Shadow the cheetah. Shadow is
gentle, pretty and he is a male. He purrs
very loudly because he is a type of cat.
We all think that he is cute and cuddly.
Shadow only likes his back to be patted
and stroked.
Grade 1 told us about World Environment
Day in Assembly yesterday.
