While on my trip to Thailand and 
Vietnam this summer, we visited 
Northern Thailand. Chiang Mai was 
one our our destinations.

One night for dinner we were served 
these insects as an appetizer. 
Crunchy and full of protein! Yes, I 
did try a few!! :-)
