   Do you know that in the 
Philippines a fiesta is not 
complete without a lechon?
   Yes, a lechon is a roasted pig 
that is crispy on the outside and 
the meat is soft and juicy. 
   Usually in gatherings like 
wedding or baptism a rich family 
would buy the whole "lechon" . But 
for ordinary Filipinos, a kilo of 
take-home "lechon" would be enough 
to celebrate any occasion.
   Our ver own, "maru yaki buta" 
(roast pig) the LECHON.
