There were some interesting walks to go on
with lots of native plants to see, even some 
palms

This is the Prison Boab
Tree in Derby.  It was once
used as an overnight 
lock-up.  It is hollow
inside and the prisoners 
were kept inside it

This is Geikie Gorge.
This was once an underwater
reef in the Devonian Era,
350 million years ago.
The white line shows where
the water rises to in the
wet season

This is a 'Road-train'. It is a truck with 
three trailers.  When we travelled through,
it was mustering time and the trucks were 
taking the cattle to be sold and exported


This was certainly one of the best places we
travelled through, with a wealth of wildlife and
wonderful scenery
