The Kimberleys are in the North of Western Australia
The Countryside is very rugged and unspoilt

We travelled along the Gibb River Road which was an
experience of its own, with lots of corrugations
and even more pot-holes

The scenery was fabulous
and there were lots of places
to set up camp.
A couple of times though, we
had to move on as the local
Farmers were 'burning-off'
the grass

This was a creek crossing
we had to drive through.
luckily it was the 'dry'
season. In the 'wet' season
the water gushes down

This was one of our camp sites.
We travelled with some friends we met in our
travels
