German forests - The black forest in Winter

In Winter a lot of snow is falling in the black
forest. Normally 1 and a half metre of snow is lying
on the ground of the biggest mountain the Feldberg
1500 m high.

Very typical for the Black
Forest is the Cuckooclocks.
They are famous and known
all of the world.
We call them in Germany
Kuckucksuhr, and in Japan they
are called Hato-Dokei, maybe
