Recycling Dog Poo!(yuck)

Dog owners have to scrape up the dog poo and put it in a plastic bag then put it in the dog poo bin.

In Manly, my computer teacher Mrs Bennett took a photo of a dog poo bin. There are many dog poo bins around the Northern Beaches and I personally think that having them around is an excellent idea.

At many parks around this shire, the council have put hundreds of dung beetles which recycle the dog poo. The beetles roll the dog poo into balls and push it down into their burrows and it enriches the soil. The dung beetles work very hard and recycle the dog poo quite efficiently.
