A WELSH LITTER BIN

A welsh litter bin can either be black or green 
or some can be made of stone and the stone can be
black or brown. 

You will find litter bins in towns, villages or 
in car parks. The stone ones are old fashioned ones,
others are quite normal, they are made of plastic.
