Welsh road markings

These are typical welsh road markings. 

Where a white line is short with another 
in front it means a car can overtake another
car. When the line is one continuous long one
it means no one can overtake another person. 
If the lines are a continuous line on the left 
and a broken one on the right it means that only
the people on the right can overtake.
